Employment at First Flight FCU/ADP TotalSource

With the ever-changing pattern of employee relations, First Flight Federal Credit Union has enlisted the services of ADP TotalSource to help administer payroll, provide employee benefits and assist with human resources and risk management. Under this arrangement, if employed, both First Flight Federal Credit Union and ADP TotalSource will be your employers and have certain rights and responsibilities with respect to your employment. Benefits Package

First Flight/ADP TotalSource offers employees a competitive benefits package to include the following:

  • Health Insurance:
    Employees have the choice of two Open Access Plans, two High Deductible Health Plans and one Health Reimbursement Plan. First Flight contributes monies to employee premiums through a monthly Cafeteria Plan based on the years the employee is in the plan.
  • Dental Insurance:
    Employees are provided the option to elect dental insurance and First Flight contributes monies to employee premiums through a Cafeteria Plan monthly. The dental insurance provides for basic and major dental work to include orthodontic coverage.
  • Vision Plan Insurance:
    The vision plan insurance is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP) and provides eye exam and glasses and contact lenses coverage.
  • Medical and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts:
    Employees are allowed to deposit payroll pretax dollars up to the amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for Health Care and Dependent Care expenses.
  • Disability & Life Insurance:
    Basic life insurance at one times the employee annual wages is provided to all full-time employees at no cost.
  • 401(k) Plan:
    Employees are encouraged to save for financial stability. First Flight FCU/ADP TotalSource offer employees a 401(k) Plan with 100% employer matching for employee contributions up to 5%.
  • Ancillary Insurance Services
    First Flight offers additional insurance services through Worksite Solutions. Employees can choose from a range of products to tailor a package to suit individual needs. Among the products offered are (some restrictions and/or limitations may apply):

    First Flight FCU and ADP TotalSource care about the health and well-being of its employees and recognize that a variety of personal problems can disrupt their personal and work lives. Although employees may solve their problems either on their own or with the help of family and friends, sometimes employees need professional assistance and advice. Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), First Flight FCU and ADP TotalSource provide confidential access to professional counseling services for help in confronting such personal problems as alcohol and other substance abuse, marital and family difficulties, financial or legal troubles, and emotional distress.
