About our new Online Banking

What is changing?

On October 30, 2012, First Flight's Online Banking and Bill Pay service will be converted and upgraded.

Why is this change being made?

As the usage of Online Banking and Bill Pay continues to grow, this upgrade offers our members a better experience through online banking, including improved navigation, increased security, enhanced functionality, and additional financial management tools.

When is this change happening?

On October 30, 2012, the Online Banking System will officially be launched for you to begin using. This includes Bill Payment services.

What do I need to do?

When you login to Online Banking you will need to setup account alerts and account nicknames. All prior account history will be moved over.

For Bill Payment customers, Bill Pay Payees and scheduled Bill Payments and Transfers will be moved over from the old system. We encourage existing bill pay users to access the system and review scheduled payments and payees.

For our eStatement customers, up to twenty-four months of previous statements will be available within Online Banking.

Will I still be able to access the old system?

The old system will no longer be available as of October 30, 2012. Should you have any additional questions, please contact the member support center at (800) 807-0766 or (252) 447-0691.

Will my current Login ID and Password work in the new platform?

Once the Online Banking upgrade is complete on October 30, 2012, you can once again sign in to view your account information using your member number and your existing online banking password. If you are unsure of how to sign in to the new Online Banking service after October 30, we are here to help.

Actions For You To Take After October 30

Have you used the bill payment feature in the past? When logging into First Flight's Online Banking for the first time on or after October 30, please verify that all of your scheduled and recurring bill payments are correct.

What changes will I see in the new online banking system?

The new application will be easily accessible and simple to use. In addition to the new look of the application, you will see account balances and your most recent transactions. A demo link is available on our website for a quick overview of the system.
