Tabitha has been an integral part of First Flight Federal Credit Union becoming the progressive financial institution it is today. During her nearly 17-year tenure, she has successfully led various divisions of the organization, eventually advancing into executive leadership roles. She has effectively positioned First Flight to become one of North Carolina’s fastest growing credit unions with plans to accelerate growth to offer our Members even more competitive products and services.

I asked Tabitha what is top-of-mind as she takes on this next step in her First Flight career.  She shared the following:

“Continuing our mission to improve the financial well-being of our Members, while creating life-long Member relationships is paramount, along with our vision for the future to become the financial institution of choice in each of the communities we serve. I am honored to lead this organization into the future, surrounded by an impressive team of talented professionals and loyal Members that make the Credit Union the strong financial institution that it is.”

Tabitha’s consistent and strong leadership has made a tremendous impact on the organization, and the Board of Directors, and I know she will bring the same level of focus and success to her new role as President/CEO.
