To better serve our members, we will be performing scheduled debit card maintenance. This process will take place in phases from January 20, 2022 to February 18, 2022. During this time, you might notice some temporary changes to the availability of debit card and ATM features so we wanted to take a moment to give you a heads-up on what to expect.

Jan 20 – Feb 06: Debit Cards

During this period, we will not be able to order new or replacement debit cards nor make changes to PINs.

If a need arises, please contact your local branch for assistance, and we will work to resolve the situation as soon as we are able. However, after January 19, there will be little we can do to replace cards or change PINs until February 07.

We know this could be a frustration for some members, but we appreciate your understanding that this is a temporary change in features to improve the member experience at First Flight moving forward.

This will not interrupt members receiving replacement debit cards for debit cards that expire during this period.

Feb 07: ATM Part 1

First of all: cash withdrawals from First Flight ATMs will not be interrupted.

Balance inquiries and fund transfers will be down for a few hours in the early morning on 02/07. We anticipate those features to be active again by the time our branches open that morning.

Feb 07 – Feb 18: ATM Part 2

ATM deposits, where available, will be temporarily down during the maintenance. Our First Flight support specialists and branch teams will be able to let members know when this feature is available again at each deposit ATM location. We expect them all to be available again by February 18.

As always, check deposits, balance inquiries, and balance transfers are available through the First Flight mobile app which is available for free through the App Store and Google Play.

Each of our members is important to us, and we want you to have the best possible member experience. Please understand these are temporary outages and each of these services will be made available again as quickly as possible.
